From I-30 take Exit 73 (Ark. Hwy. 51) and go East on Ark. Hwy. 51, aka Pine Street, toward Arkadelphia.  Coming from Little Rock (going south), you would take Exit 73, turn Left at the stop sign and cross the Interstate on Pine Street.  Coming from Hope/Texarkana, you would turn Right from the exit ramp.

There is a Red Hill Drive that parallels the Interstate, but don't turn there.

The next Right (SE off Pine Street) is Walnut Street, where Pine Street curves to the left (NE).  Turn Right there and follow Walnut Street, which curves East near Center Street, and keep going on down to run into U.S. Hwy. 67.  (That's 2 miles on Walnut Street from Pine Street to U.S. 67.)

Take a Hard Right from Walnut Street onto U.S. 67.  Follow U.S. 67 about 4 blocks.  On the Left, between the highway and the railroad track, is "Arkadelphia Sheet Metal", which is the bunkbed project site.  It seems to be a former filling station, or was next to one, and has signs with brand names on them.  I think one is for heating/air conditioning/ductwork, which would make sense for a sheet metal company.
